Week 7 - Sandwich Wednesdays

Gourmet Sandwiches: Use ciabatta bread, deli meats like turkey or ham, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh arugula. Add a smear of pesto or mustard.

Simple Ham and Salad Sandwich.


8 slices of whole grain bread

500g Slice Deli Ham

1/2 Cucumber, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

4 lettuce leaves

4 slices Swiss cheese, optional



One Eighty Blend or your favorite Spice blend for some added flavour.


Assemble Sandwich: Spread mayonnaise and mustard on each slice of bread. Layer with lettuce, ham, tomato, cucumber and onion and cheese And dust with The One Eighty Blend

Serve: Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
